These terms govern your use of the OpenLane Finance website and our business-finance introduction service. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. By using this website or submitting an application you agree to these terms.

1. About us and our status

OpenLane Finance is a trading name of L2 Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11486769). We are not a lender, we are not a provider of regulated credit, and we do not provide financial, legal or tax advice or any personal recommendation. Nothing on this website is an offer of finance.

2. Our service

Our website helps you understand business-finance options and, if you choose, submit an application. When you complete the application journey we share your details with Funding Options by Tide so they can review your information and, if suitable, contact you about finance offers from their panel of partner lenders. Any finance is provided by a lender, not by us or by Funding Options by Tide, and is subject to the lender's own terms, status, checks and formal approval. Funding Options by Tide's own terms and privacy policy apply once your details are shared with them.

3. Eligibility

Our introduction service is intended for incorporated UK businesses (for example limited companies and LLPs). Finance introduced through Funding Options by Tide's panel is not available to sole traders or the self-employed. You must be at least 18, a UK resident, and authorised to submit an application on behalf of the business.

4. Your information and responsibilities

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete, that you are authorised to provide it (including any details about the business and its directors), and that you consent to it being shared with Funding Options by Tide as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, or submit false or fraudulent information.

Our service is free to use. Funding Options by Tide receives a commission from lenders for arranging finance, and we may receive a commission, referral fee or revenue-share payment in connection with introductions. This does not affect the price of any finance you take, but you should be aware of it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your dealings with Funding Options by Tide or any lender, or from your reliance on indicative information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and this does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

8. Intellectual property and website use

The content, design and forms on this website are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, scraped or reproduced without our written consent. You may not use automated means to harvest data from, or interfere with, the website.

9. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites, including Funding Options by Tide and lenders. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites; please review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
